Finally, FINISH the first week of Orientation.... With the students this time... I think I'm gonna have a tough time to teach them... Well, what to do... have to teach them also.. just need to be more patience with them and also tolerant... Hope that I have enough patience.. Otherwise, I'm gonna crazy real soon... Just talk about today team-building.... They really made me very disappointed... Well, I just saw a bunch of people going around without any goal.. I have precisely told them what is their mission.. But, still none of them can follow what have been told to do so... That's my first disappointment... Second, they never follow the rules and regulations... No TEAMWORK, No OBJECTIVES, No COOPERATION, No STRATEGY.... Haiz.... Really worst from all the games that I have handled before... Can I conclude that the maturity of two different kind of ethnics...? Instead of comparing, I would like to use the words competing... Because we live in a competing world where we will only think for ourselves... However, I have finally found a job where we can work together as a team... But, seems like starting to wearing mask to work... Of course, I'm not talking myself.. Just some people from the other company... Starting to abuse the authority given to them... Making false statement... That's what make me so annoyed... I really don't like to wear any "MASK".. Why should that we wear mask just to please people... That in fact, we live to glorify GOD's name.... We live in the world, not to please men but Him who is our Creator...
Back to the topic.... Some of the colleague really angry or precisely, disappointed, to the students today.. Well, what happened is that students sing some songs to certain people that annoyed them.. I understand their feelings where their effort were not being appreciated while the other got the appreciation... As for me, that will be always alright for me.. This is because that, I have done my job and I have tried my best... So, whether they appreciated it or not, is depends... I can't force them to appreciated me.. As long as I have done it, I have no regret... ^^v.... My colleagues quite funny one... hahaha.... Although their mouths always said that the students were very naughty, very bad.... But inside their heart, they really care about them... Ehmm... Maybe that's girls... mouth always different than heart.... Well, I think that's all for today... See ya !
